Work hard… then work harder. 

That has pretty much, been my motto throughout college and nursing school.

But I did it! I became a nurse and got my dream job… or at least I thought that I did…

Unfortunately, getting your dreams isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. My boss is Satan. The patients are mean and violent. 

I’m stuck, until one day he walks in. Maverick Coleman, the finest man I have ever seen. He’s big, burly, tattooed, and bleeding from a stab wound.  

Being my patient makes him completely off-limits; but sometimes love just can’t be denied. 

If anyone finds out I could lose everything…
